TERM AND CONDITIONS

Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club terms and conditions are as follows:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per player is payable before a child/ren can commence each season and that full payment is required within 2 days of registration for existing players.  New players will require payment upon confirmation of a position being available.

  • ALL payments are required by EFT only.  NO CASH payments will be accepted.

  • Advise us if you give permission for medical treatment to be given in the event that emergency contacts can not be contacted.

  • Advise us if you give permission for your child/ren's photo can be used in promoting and on the Facebook page for the Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club.

  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child/ren during training sessions and game days and will need to remain with them during this time and that the Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club takes no responsibility for parental/guardian care of the registered child/ren.

  • Bullying will not be tolerated.  There is a Bullying Policy that will need to be signed by a parent/guardian and the player/s at the commencement each season.
