Upon registering with the Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club you agree to the following terms and conditions and policies:

• Balance of fees are required by week 4 or "NO PAY NO PLAY' policy will be enforced.
  
   

• Permission for medical treatment to be given in the event that emergency contacts can not be contacted.

• Permission for your child/ren's photo to be used in promoting and on the Facebook page for the Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club.

​

• Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child/ren during training sessions and game days and will need to remain with them during this time and that the Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club takes no responsibility for parental/guardian care of the registered child/ren.

​

• Bullying will not be tolerated.  We would like everyone to feel comfortable with being a part of our club.  Every player/coach/referee has the right to participate and bullying of any nature will not be tolerated.  Should an issue be raised with the Club, each case will be looked at by the Club Committee.

Consequences of bullying actions will be dealt with in the following manner:

 

1st Offence: Warning and discussion with Club Committee

2nd Offence: Disqualification from 1 game

3rd Offence: Disqualification for the rest of the season

All monies paid will be forfeited to the Pakenham Huskies Basketball Club

• Fees for all finals games are not included in the registration fees, should the team/s your child is registered in make it through to any finals these will need to be paid prior to each finals game.
